Magical Amalfi Coast Elopement

Eloping in the Amalfi Coast can really be like a dream come true, filled with stunning locations and memorable moments. Although the Amalfi Coast is one of the most beautiful destinations for your Italian elopement, there are a few red flags that should be considered before choosing to elope there.

Needless to say that such a popular spot can get really crowded. After Covid, all the most touristy Italian destinations have become more and more crowded, turning into places honestly hard to enjoy. If you wish to elope in the Amalfi Coast for example, our strong suggestion would be to avoid eloping there from mid May to the beginning of September. While there are many other months that can be fully enjoyed, without having to stress about a way too crowded place.

If you instead want to stick to late spring and summer months to elope to Italy, then our suggestion would be to put yourselves in the – wise – hands of professionals and experts that know the territory well and can suggest alternative destinations and spots to make you enjoy your day despite the high tourist season.

Shai and Dillon decided to elope to this incredible corner of the world in late November and their day was a bliss (honestly, it couldn’t have been more perfect!).

Their journey of love began in the enchanting setting of Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand Hotel. Nestled in the historical charm of the Amalfi Coast, this location was perfect for their intimate elopement.

They exchanged their vows in a symbolic ceremony held in the serene Chiostro. The ambiance was filled with the echoes of history and the serenity of the cloister, creating an atmosphere of pure romance.

After the ceremony, we explored the hotel grounds, capturing Shai & Dillon’s joy and love in a series of candid moments. The hotel’s picturesque scenery provided a perfect backdrop for their memories.

The day continued with a nice stroll through the charming streets of Amalfi, heading towards the iconic Dome of Amalfi. The historic architecture and vibrant streets added a touch of local charm to our photos. We then made our way to the beach, where the rough November sea created a dramatic and stunning backdrop.

Our next stop was the breathtaking Fiordo di Furore. Here, we took a short drive and stopped to capture more moments. Walking down the steps to the secluded little beach, Shai & Dillon were bathed in the most beautiful backlight, making for some truly magical photos. By the way, there was NO ONE, no one! It was us, the sea, the light and nothing else.

The final leg of our journey brought us to the picturesque Positano. As the sun set, casting a golden hue over everything, we laughed and enjoyed the moment on the beach. With Positano’s iconic cliffside village in the background, Shai & Dillon’s sunset photos were nothing short of spectacular.
